1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 Jayne Bryant AM, Committee Chair, absented herself for the whole meeting because she was present at the Labour Party Group meeting the complaint submitted refers to.
1.2 Andrew R T Davies AM, chaired the meeting following the Committee’s agreement on 6 November 2018 that he be elected as temporary Chair.
1.3 The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.
2 Consider report from the acting Commissioner for Standards in accordance with Standing Order 22.2(i)
2.1 Members considered the Commissioner for Standards Report in accordance with Standing Order 22.2(i).
2.2 During Members consideration of the Commissioner for Standards Report in accordance with Standing Order 22.2(i), they took oral evidence from Vikki Howells AM, the Member concerned. Ms Howells was accompanied by Anthony Cooper, Secretary of the National Assembly Labour Group.
